We encourage customers, security researchers, and other members of the public to report concerns that may affect a PDS product, its software or firmware, or a related connected service.

Report a potential security vulnerability

Email PDS’s product security team with the information outlined below.

What to include in your report

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your name and preferred contact information

  • The affected PDS product and model

  • The software or firmware version, if known

  • A detailed description of the potential vulnerability

  • Steps needed to reproduce or observe the issue

  • The potential impact of the vulnerability

  • Relevant screenshots, logs, or other supporting evidence

Please protect sensitive information. Do not include passwords, personal information, customer data, proprietary information, or other sensitive material in your initial email. If additional files are needed, PDS will provide instructions for submitting them securely.

What happens after you submit a report

PDS will review the information provided, investigate the reported issue, and communicate appropriate next steps when possible. We may contact you for additional information needed to reproduce or evaluate the potential vulnerability.

To help protect PDS customers, we ask that you avoid publicly disclosing a potential vulnerability until PDS has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
